Week 11 Saints 14 Cleveland 7 Bottom line if Cleveland has Berry Sanders Saints lose. Cleveland's D was tough and stoped me once or twice. Had a couple of key JJ to CC (Cook and Coats) to get me past my new division rival. Garry Reasons intercepted the running man Pete on a called pass 2 where normally all you guys get a timed JJ. He controlled the clock running with PETE many many times. It was like playing a poor man's Running ham. His D is tough with Saints scoring the winner on a 3 and 2 50 yard jj to Cook. Hey NFC watch out because Paulie should beat you guys the next time he plays with a healthy Berry. GG paulie and GL the rest of the way. Just remember to run out of bounds with Berry so he don't get injured again!

I know the AFC has not faired well, but look at my two losses to to NFC teams. Lefty beat me 24-21 on a doinked FG as time expired. And Arn, by all intensive purposes should have lost to me. Without a miracle fumble return for a touchdown with 20 seconds left, that game was mine. So no, it is not a stretch to think that I could compete with anyone, in any division.
Good game Sowa, we love our run oriented, grind it out, low scoring affairs. Both games were 14-7 finals. GL this season.

You know what, if that didnt happen, or this, then every player in this league would be undefeated lol.

I never said those games were owed to me, or that I should be undefeated. All I said is that I think I can compete with anyone in WTF, and this whole AFC/NFC personal thing you got going on is over blown. Don't still be mad at me for blocking you Palmer, it isn't personal...

1-22 or whatever seems to justify the "over blown" nature of Palmers asstute argument

This is hilarious since it happened right after palmer punked the AFC on the forum.
But in a purely statistical angle, there is simply not enough evidence to truly determine anything. For example, I was 4-0 vs. the NFC last season and berger won the superbowl... however, that is too small a sample size to DETERMINE anything... so is this season - although this season is a good POSSIBLE indication that the NFC indeed has the AFC in ability at this point.... but it is too small of a statistical sample number to determine anything or prove anyone's point.

This supposed battle also fails to take into consideration the AFC lost two very competitive players this off season, in KidPro and Urlocal. Both were top notch players, and not to knock BPKC and CDR, but these are not their teams they are playing with. They are in a re-building phase, as well are a couple other owners in the AFC. This kind of thing happens all the time, and is cyclical. In a couple more seasons, these teams could be Super Bowl contenders, while many NFC teams will be going through re-building situations.
So yes, maybe their is better overall talent in the NFC right now, hard to argue the results, but I still feel the top tier in the AFC is just as good as anybody the NFC has to throw out there.
