Name: Irv Smith Position: TE College: Notre Dame Outlook: Smith has good size, OK speed, decent blocking ability, and he can catch. He isn't going to set the league on fire but he'll be a serviceable tight end that should be available into the late rounds. He's fast and can catch and brings a game similar to that of New Orleans Saints TE Marv Cook. McGee would be a fine 2nd or 3rd round selection. He's above average in all key facets and has a higher ceiling than McGee. Drayton is a fundamentally sound player who will definitely help whatever team drafts him. Having Gedney out there is like having a 6th offensive lineman. He isn't great in the passing game but isn't a total liability. Has the potential to be a starter at the TE position.
