Like last year when Paulie did it to me when I needed a punter and just place him on his PS and is now getting rid of him? Is that what you mean?

Yeah , kind of like that. Could see if someone wanted to lock up the last QB for trade action for him w/ someone in need, BUT a punter - in WTF??? IF someone takes him no worries I will go back to the original rom and select someone from there that wasn't back when we had the 1st draft and do aging on him. My old punter Prokop retired after last season bc he touched the ball all of 1x last season and is now contiplating becoming a member of the Arena League where he'll see more action.. about 2 - 3 punts a season there!!

trading for a punter has got to be one of the dumbest moves. How often does the punter ever come into play??

I traded this punter to Swamp (he was more or less, just a throw in a miniscule deal), but afterwards Swamp told me has never punted before. But every team needs a punter to fill a roster, and on Tuesday there were 3 teams that didn't have one (5star, Arn, and Swamp).
