OPUSNEWS Lord and the Bungles clinch the 2nd playoff berth in the WTF this season with the win over Swamp. Swamp is in a very tough spot now, as his week 16 opponent mrtsb is in a must win situation as well if he wants to get into the playoffs. With the Pitt loss Berger now controls his own destiny and is going up against Palmer in the most epic AFC/NFC Deathmatch yet. Can palmer shut berger up? We shall see. Paulie/Sowa will continue to fight for the division, and if they both dont finish strong Swamp might be able to sneak into the playoffs. The NFC race is a little clearer with Brooks on the outside looking in at the moment. This could all change quickly as the NFC teams are playing stellar opponents from the AFC in the final few games of the season.

Tonight (all playoff scenario shennanigans aside) is not gonna work for me. We have a bball game @ 9 and I didn't go to sleep last night so I'm probably gonna be passed out as soon as I get back from that. I'm about to take a nap right now for a few hours, so we'll see how that works... but don't count on me for tonight. Tomorrow or the next day are probably alot more likely.

NFC playoff teams are set. Only thing left to determine is if Lord or Eamon gets the #1 seed. In the AFC swamp has clinched. Sowa and paulie both need to win one of their last 2 games to ensure a playoff berth. Berger needs Paulie to lose out to get in, and Id paulie wins out and sowa loses out berger and sowa would tie and it would go to tiebreaker for the last spot.

if i lose to eamon who gets in? If you lost to Eamon, you and Berger will have the same record. Opus, Swamp, and myself have secured playoff births. Therefore, if you lost, you would be trying to get the wild card selection. Tie Breaks for Wild Cards are as follows: 1.Head-to-Head = Tie 2. Conference Record (I have not added them up yet, but I believe last night you said you did add them up, and they were exactly the same) = Tie 3. Record against common opponents Again I have not done the math, but the link for tie break procedures was provided in my previous post. Basically beat Eamon, and you won't have to worry about it. If Sowa beats Eamon 1.Opus 2.Sowa 3.Paulie 4.Swamp Lose to Eamon, and win tie-break 1.Opus 2.Paulie 3.Swamp 4.Sowa Lose to Eamon, and lose tie-break 1.Opus 2.Paulie 3.Swamp 4.Berger
