NTL= No Tecmo Losers! Since was assuming it was a NO GO about 2 months ago... Then a pre season rom came out over a month ago and has been silent again, so now is it official that NTL is dead??

What needs to be done - who needs to be contacted and have them check their teams so this can progress?
I will personally get in contact w all of the needed participants for all of the info that is needed so wwe can start.

You know how they had a Pool 4 and Pool 2 or whatever to come up with ATA. I think you could have something here. Heres an idea just change the whole league name. Heres what to do. NTL+NTL Minor Leagues=DPTL. Which is Dead Pool Tecmo League or if you want i have a better idea title it M.B.Y.C.
