I have started my own trade system, called the Anti-Tek System. Where as with the Tek system you trade for current picks, while giving up more in the future, I have begun to do the opposite. The flaw of the Tek system is that down the road you will have less and less picks in the draft, until eventually you may not be able to field a team. The Anti-Tek system allows me to receive better value and quantity of picks for future use, when needs arise on my team, in exchange for teams that need picks now. I have accumulated 8 picks in the first four rounds of next years draft, and still have a 3rd this year, if anyone is interested.
